What do you mean by HSA/FSA Eligible?

The IRS determines what counts as a qualified medical expense for HSA and FSA use, generally covering costs for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. While everyday health-related products (e.g., fitness equipment or recovery tools) aren’t automatically eligible under these rules, individuals may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for them if they obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed provider showing the item or service is required to manage a medical condition.
