Wedgwood is renowned for its craft and artistry, and Helia is just one more demonstration of that deserved reputation.

The lithograph designs have to be painstakingly placed by hand before the gilded detailing is applied, also by hand.

The result is a timeless piece of design informed by neoclassical influences.

TRUST THE PROCESS

Each step of the Helia craft process is carefully considered to ensure optimal results. The lithograph goes on first and is fired. Following gilding, there is another firing before the gold is burnished by hand. A last cleaning is done to guarantee a clean finish before quality control assesses each piece. Finally, it’s handed over to you so you can use and admire it every day.
