Hi Matt, we've refined how access works in Attio.

Permissions are returning to additive only, so the most permissive grant always wins, whether it's set at the workspace, team, or individual level.

Start with safe defaults at the workspace level, then grant more access to specific teams or people as needed. Each level can only grant more access, not less.

Nothing you've already set up needs to change. All your existing permissions will continue to work as expected.

This change was made to simplify permissions for workflows.

Workflows now inherit the workspace default again, making them easier to build as members and agents increasingly work side by side.
