We are adding OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude, and Google Cloud Vertex AI as subprocessors.

These additions expand the AI capabilities available to you within the Customer.io platform, enabling you to leverage AI-powered features as part of our services.

These subprocessors are enabled by default within the Customer.io platform. If you prefer not to use these AI features, you may disable "Customer.io AI" at any time within your Account Settings. Once disabled, no further customer data will be shared with these subprocessors.

This update is part of our ongoing effort to improve your experience with Customer.io and requires no action on your end.
